Socrates

Socrates was born in 470 BC (Before Christ) Deme, Alopece, Athens and died at 399 BC (aged approximately 71). He died at 399 BC from an execution where he was forced to commit suicide by drinking poison. Socrates was known for all his quotes, some of which are still used today. My favorite quotes from Socrates are “The secret of happiness, you see, is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less” — Socrates. This quote means that the secret to happiness is not found in seeking more, but enjoying what you already have.

Another one of my favorite quotes is,“Intelligent individuals learn from everything and everyone; average people, from their experiences. The stupid already have all the answers.” – Socrates. This means talking about people is still gossiping. But talking to your friend about your experiences
